Dr Rosalind Crombie

Intensivist, Christchurch Hospital

Roz grew up in Dunedin, so is stoked to be coming back to her home town for the conference.  After a few years of choosing jobs based on the proximity to the snow or the beach she eventually returned to the South Island to pursue specialist training.  She dual trained in Emergency Medicine and ICU, completing training by touring most hospitals in the South Island at some point, as well as spending time in regional Australia.

Currently working as an intensivist at Christchurch Hospital, with occasional guest appearances in the emergency department, Roz’s main work interest is anything that involves chatting to people.  She is most excited when planning anything with fun potential, either at work or with her family and friends.

Wellbeing

Roz is speaking about Wellbeing and has promised Craig that she will not recommend that he does yoga.’
